1.3 How can I create a Web Site?

To create a Web Site you need to:

  1. Select a web hosting with PHP enabled*
    Usually you will contract some third party company that will provide you some space in a machine that will keep your pages and make them available to the internet users.
    You can also set up a web server in your private computer or in a local network.
     
  2. Register a domain name*
    If you need an easy name for visitors to remember your site address, you can register a domain name. This service usually can be furnished also by the hosting provider.
